We use our electronic medical record for more than documentation. The electronic information helps us identify patients who could benefit from specific health education, immunizations, disease management, and mental health treatment. We also use this data to grade ourselves on the quality of care we provide and find ways we can improve the care and patient experience for all of our patients.
