Salina Family Healthcare Center receives federal grant funds to assist qualifying individuals in obtaining medical/dental care. SFHC is not a free clinic. Charges for services received are based on a client's ability to pay. This is determined by using Federal Poverty Level Guidelines.

• One month proof of income for all related household members
• Photo ID or birth certificate for all related household members
• Prior year tax return
• Medicaid denial letter if pregnant or under 19
