Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only. When you call the office (785.825.7251) to schedule an appointment, the phone receptionist will ask for your name and the reason for your call. If you feel that you have an urgent need to be seen the same day, please specify this information at the time of your call. Same day appointments are available for acute medical conditions only.

Walk-In Appointments
Patient needs can best be met by calling for an appointment. Patients may CALL for same day appointments when medically necessary. Patients who walk into the Clinic without an appointment will be seen ONLY as schedules allow.
Wait time will be a minimum of 1-hour for walk-ins.

Please schedule future appointments for lab studies and follow-up appointments at the time of our Clinic appointments. This will provide you with the most flexibility to arrange a date that is convenient for you. Please call several weeks in advance to schedule preventive care/routine physical examinations.

Your Doctor may ask you to make an appointment to see a nurse for some professional services. Patients eligible for care under state programs must present proof of eligibility at the time of each appointment.

Please notify the office 24-hours in advance if you will be unable to keep your appointment. You can make an appointment for financial screening. The Salina Family HealthCARE Center is open and available to all who require services regardless of race, creed, color, age, handicap, national origin, or ability to pay.
